Ticket Purchase Policy

Please review the Purchase Policy, which will govern your order or purchase of any tickets through the Site.

You are reserving a ticket to provide access to the Raymore Summer Slam site and all activities therein including main stage shows, the beer gardens, Slow Pitch Tournament. This ticket does not provide access camping, which is sold separately. The ticket will be valid any time from August 2 – 4, 2013. By purchasing a ticket, the ticket-holder agrees to all the rules and policies of the Event and event site.

All tickets purchased through the Raymore Entertainment Fund (REF) will be processed and emailed to the consumer unless stated otherwise.

Truthfulness and Accuracy of the Information You Provide; Complying with Laws; Verifications and Authorizations

The sale or purchase of tickets to entertainment events is regulated by certain provinces, and cities. You may be asked to provide information during processes you engage in on the Site. You represent and warrant that all information you provide will be true, complete and correct, and that you will update all information as it changes. You also acknowledge that complying with laws is your responsibility, AND YOU AGREE NOT TO HOLD RAYMORE ENTERTAINMENT FUND (REF) and/or RAYMORE SUMMER SLAM  LIABLE FOR YOUR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY LAW OR OUR FAILURE TO NOTIFY YOU OF, OR PROPERLY APPLY, ANY LAW. RAYMORE ENTERTAINMENT FUND (REF) AND RAYMORE SUMMER SLAM WILL COMPLY WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT AND MAY PROVIDE THEM WITH ALL INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT TO US TO ASSIST IN ANY INVESTIGATION OR PROSECUTION THEY MAY CONDUCT. If we are unable to verify or authenticate any information or tickets you provide during any registration, ordering, purchase, authentication, delivery, payment or remittance process, or any other process, or if we are no longer able to verify or authorize your credit card or bank account information, your tickets may be cancelled and you may be prohibited from using the Site.

Camping

We offer advanced purchase for camping.  Limited space available.  No sites are serviced.  Only two (2) vehicles permitted in area per campsite. Move-in 9 a.m. Friday, August 2, 2013 and Move-out by 12 noon Monday, August 5, 2013.  You must first purchase a minimum of two (2) weekend passes in order to qualify.  You may purchase campsites by calling 1.800? or going online to www?

Return (Refund) Policy

All sales are final. No refunds under any circumstances. Tickets will not be replaced if lost, forgotten, stolen, or destroyed. Artist lineup subject to change without notice.  Show goes rain or shine, unless a weather advisory warning is issued by Environment Canada.  www.weatheroffice.gc.ca Camping passes will not be replaced if lost, forgotten, stolen, or destroyed. We reserve the right to relocate campers and campsites at our discretion.
